Psychological Thriller Synopses

There's Someone Else Here

Shaun has a vivid imagination. From a young age Shaun has created monsters, ghouls and ghosts in his mind, often terrifying himself over something that isn't there. It is all in his mind, until one day, he finds his thoughts turning into reality....

Shaun is a sixteen year old boy, who is popular around school and has an active social life. But soon his life is flipped upside down when his worst nightmares start to become real. In his picturesque town Shaun finds himself battling against unknown terrors that have escaped through his mind. The creatures that haunt Shaun's day to day life are called Shades. Demon like figures that appear whenever Shaun imagines them in his mind.

Shaun must not only fight with the Shades in order to survive but also with himself. He must train himself not to think of them when he is scared or frightened, he must not let his mind be poisoned by the Shades.

Shaun quickly figures however that it will not do to just try and forget about the Shades, he must try and destroy them completely. Aided by a Witch doctor Altir, (Shaun is unsure whether Altir is real or is again purely his imagination.) Shaun tries to find ways in which the Shades can be defeated. But he must think deeper than just to fight them, the answer for Shaun lies within his mind.

The shades are dark hooded creatures, with a white ghostly face that can only really be seen in the light of a full moon. They appear when Shaun thinks of them, but they can only appear in the dark, so in the light of day Shaun is in relative safety.. But they can still watch him, from the shadows.

Shaun has been burdened with this curse. Now he must do all he can to break it... before it's too late.
Gives a good indication on the theme of the film, and very funny too look at. Witty sub heading's and the image is extremely well thought through, with the different skin tones between the living and the dead on the underground train.
Sums up the movie in one simple picture, also quite a scary image. Will grab viewers attention straight away.

A tribute to one of the greatest villains ever.

Amazing Trailer that keeps the viewer in suspense throughout. Short, snappy and scary
